Group Fitness Classes

Studio G Fitness has some of the best group exercise classes in Indianapolis.  The classes are designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance! You will be able to participate in any of the classes regardless of age (10+), weight or fitness level.  Have fun while our specialized, high energy team of instructors lead you through an amazing, sweat dripping workout !
